It's our new farm-to-table series - And this year we want to try FERMENTATION! Explore food preservation from a food grower's perspective. Includes food growing story sharing, fermented food and drinks tasting, and Kombucha making!


Food growing story sharing by Perle, Vegecoopia's food grower - Say hello to the seasonal harvest, know more about her food growing trials and errors, and why preservation matters

Fermented food and drinks tasting - Try the different products with different recipes. Know more about how Kombucha is made and the principles behind

Kombucha making - Each participant will be gifted one of our self-saved Kombucha scoby (aka the mushroom)! Please bring along a 1L, heat-proof wide-mouth glass jar with lid for making Kombucha. This will be your souvenir :)


FEE - A sliding scale applied - Beneficiary Rate £10 ; Standard Rate £15 ; Supporter Rate £20
